- Before the concrete mixer truck is started, it must be inspected comprehensively. The quantity of each component is normal and reliable, the bolt connection is tight, and the operation is flexible.

- Maintenance of the reducer: According to different service life, the following routine maintenance should be carried out for the reducer:
(1) Oil change: After the first period of use, change the oil after 500 hours. In the following working life, change the oil after every 1500 working hours or every year, whichever comes first.
(2) Oil: The reducer of the mixer is originally imported. The gear oil used is heavy-duty vehicle gear oil GL-5 with a viscosity grade of 85w/140.
(3) Recommendation: drain the oil at the temperature of about 60 degrees. After each oil change, check the tightening of the coupling bolts. Check the oil level once a week. - Maintenance of the radiator: Under normal circumstances, the filter cartridge of the radiator is replaced within a fixed period. The new mixer filter cartridge is replaced in 3 months and replace every 6 months following. The accuracy of the filter cartridge is the same as that of the original one. Check the radiator fan every day. Using air gun to clean the surface of the blades every week to ensure the normal operation of the radiator.
- Maintenance of hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor: hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor are also imported parts. The hydraulic oil used is 68# wear resistant oil. Generally, please replace hydraulic oil for new mixer in 3 months. Under normal use, the hydraulic oil must not be used for more than 12 months. Different brands of hydraulic oil can not be mixed. When replacing new hydraulic oil, the hydraulic circuit (including hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, oil pipe, oil pipe joint, radiator) must be cleaned. Otherwise, it may cause malfuction of the hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor or even shorten their service life.
9. Maintenance of the supporting roller: Grease should be added once every 3 months. The surface of the drum supporting roller should be oiled once a day to avoided abnormal wear. - Maintenance of the water supply system: The water supply mode of the concrete mixer truck is pneumatic water supply, and the gas is taken from the chassis air reservoir. Therefore, the sealing of the gas circuit should be checked frequently to ensure that the chassis gas path is not affected.
- Maintenance of the mixing drum: After each work is finished, the mixing drum must be cleaned with coarse stones and clean water. The water in the cylinder must be drained according to the discharging method. The outside of the mixing drum and the base are also required cleaning. Proper maintenance can extend the life of the mixing drum.
- When people enters the mixing drum for inspection, the engine must be turned off, and the starting key should be kept by the maintenance personnel to ensure the safety of the person.
- When one day’s work is finished, the inlet and outlet devices and the exterior of the vehicle body should be washed with water to prevent the concrete from sticking to the wall and the blade. If any concrete condensed lumps are found, they should be removed as soon as possible, but the parts should not be damaged.
14. When the concrete mixer truck is not in use, the water in the water tank and the cleaning pipeline should be drained.
